The Owners of the very successful BITE cafe in Hackensack NJ, enlisted the expertise of hambrecht oleson design to expand and elevate their brand image for their second location in Fair Lawn NJ.
The directive was to develop an interesting, warm and inviting interior so that new diners, especially local families, young professionals and local residents be inspired to dine in and linger to enjoy all of BITE's freshly made tasty offerings.

BEFORE
The Existing Space was a Fast Food Restaurant, and a large back of house kitchen was a plus for the BITE team, but goal was to create an elevated and iconic interior to extend the reputation of BITE's offering a healthy and interesting menu.
By repeating the circle shapes in mirror, wall sconces and natural greenery, it brings to mind the circle shapes of a coffee or tea cup, which BITE has a fine reputation of high quality brews of both beverages.
The unique color palette of pink quartz "stone", creamy mocha acoustic "circle" screens with upholstery to match, establishes a warm and memorable dining space.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
To the Client's delight, hambrecht oleson design developed a unique, comfortable and current space that has quickly become the neighborhood go to place, that reflects BITE's fresh, healthy, and curated menu.
